Booking rules
How to book
- Members book online in the members area, for themselves, other members and guests
- Singles need two names; doubles need four
- Courts can be booked up until the hour of play
- Up to 3 advance bookings at a time
Singles and doubles
- Singles
- 1 hour
- Doubles
- Up to 2 hours in a row
- 2-hour doubles
- Counts as one booking
Booking patterns that turn singles or doubles into 2 consecutive hours are against the rules and lead to penalties.
Extra daytime
- Saturday and Sunday
- 12–2 pm
- Monday to Friday
- 12–4 pm
Members can book 2 extra daytime hours. They don't count toward the three-booking limit. On the booking grid, non-prime hours show in black and prime time in red.
Court waitlist
Join the waitlist for a time slot, not a single court.
If a court opens up after a cancellation, everyone on that slot’s waitlist is notified, and the court goes to whoever books first. Look for “Join Waitlist” in each slot on the booking grid.
Arriving and checking in
Arrive at least 5 minutes early and check in with the Club Monitor before going on court. Play on the court you booked unless the Monitor directs otherwise.
There is a 15-minute grace period. If only one player has checked in for singles after 15 minutes, the court goes to the walk-on list. Doubles can keep the court once two players have checked in.
If courts are open before or after your booking, the Club Monitor may allow walk-ons.
Club team matches have priority. If a match runs long, a court booked after it may start late.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancel any booking you won’t use through the booking system. Only the person who made the booking can change or cancel it. You can also cancel by phone with the Monitor, or by email to info@
Guest fees are refunded to your club account only if you cancel at least two hours before the booking.
A no-show is when no one on the booking arrives within 15 minutes of the start time.
No-shows and misuse
- 1st offence
- Warning
- 2nd offence
- One-week suspension
- 3rd offence
- One-month suspension
