Guest policy
Guest fees are paid online when the court is booked. Cash is not accepted at the clubhouse.

Members bringing a guest

Members are responsible for their guests. The guest’s name must match the booking. Clubhouse staff can’t add or change guests by phone or in person; email info@
How to book
- Log in to the members area
- Choose Book a Court
- Under Player 2, 3 or 4, enter Guest Player
- Add the guest’s details, including a valid email for the waiver
- Pay the guest fee and book the court
- Remind your guest to sign the emailed waiver before arriving

Non-members
If you’re not a member or a member’s guest, call the club or walk up to the clubhouse to ask the Club Monitor if a court is open. Availability isn’t guaranteed.
Once the guest fee for each player is paid, the Monitor books the court. All non-member players must sign the guest waiver before playing.

- Lesson players can arrive 10 minutes before their lesson
- Use the walkways; don’t cut across courts in use
- TPTC is not responsible for lost or stolen items
